Platform Policies

1. Service Scope

TheFirstAssignment provides a platform connecting students with academic writers ("Experts") for the purpose of custom writing services. By using our services, you understand that all work delivered is intended for reference and research purposes only.

Our Experts provide original content based on your specific requirements to help you understand the subject matter or structure your own academic work.

2. Payment & Pricing

Pricing is determined by factors including academic level, complexity, deadline, and total word count. All payments must be completed upfront to secure the best-suited Expert for your task.

We use secure third-party payment gateways. TheFirstAssignment does not store your credit card data on our servers.

3. Revision Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. We offer Unlimited Free Revisions within 14 days of delivery, provided that the request does not deviate from the original instructions provided at the time of the order.

New instructions added after the order has been started may incur an additional fee.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under specific circumstances, including but not limited to: (a) unintentional double-payment, (b) inability to find a qualified writer, or (c) failure to deliver work within the deadline.

Please note that once a writer has been assigned and has started working on your order, a partial cancellation fee may apply depending on the progress made.

5. Academic Honesty

We are committed to academic integrity. All assignments are checked against plagiarism using Turnitin. However, users are responsible for using the provided content ethically and in accordance with their university's guidelines. TheFirstAssignment does not condone or encourage academic dishonesty.

Agreeing to these terms means we can help you achieve your goals fairly.
